Ronald L. Wallace
Ronald L. Wallace graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1978 and earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1981. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in October 1981.
He began practicing with O.A. Cargill, Jr. at Cargill and Wallace, where his trial practice began. In 1987, he established Wallace Law Firm. His practice includes criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, personal injury, business matters, and probate.

Charles “Chip” L. Mullens, Jr.
Charles “Chip” L. Mullens, Jr. graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa School of Law in 1981.
Before joining Ronald in 2018, Chip served as general counsel for several oil and gas companies. He joined Wallace Law Firm following his retirement from a major oil and gas company.
Chip is licensed to practice in Oklahoma District Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
