Established in October 1981, the Wallace Law Firm was founded by a University of Oklahoma alumnus who began with a focus on criminal law. Today, we’re licensed in all state and federal courts in Oklahoma, including the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. While our roots lie in criminal defense, we’ve diversified to handle personal injury, divorce, workman’s compensation, trial practice, and business law cases.

OUR ATTORNEYS
Ronald L. Wallace
Ronald L. Wallace graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1978. He then went on to complete his Juris Doctorate at Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he graduated in 1981. He was sworn into the Oklahoma Bar Association in October, 1981, and began a partnership with O.A. Cargill, Jr., Cargill and Wallace, where he began his extensive trial practice. In 1987, he formed the Wallace Law Firm, in downtown Oklahoma City, where he has continued to zealously advocate for clients daily.
Ronald is currently licensed and has tried jury trials in the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, along with the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He also practices in Oklahoma District Court and various Tribal Courts. Additionally, he has handled cases in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Missouri, and Texas.
Charles "Chip" L. Mullens, Jr.
Charles “Chip” L. Mullens, Jr. graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa School of Law in 1981. Chip has been General Counsel for several Oil & Gas companies before joining Ronald in 2018, after his retirement from a major Oil & Gas company.
Chip is licensed to practice in Oklahoma District Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
